As the Richmond region continues to grow, ChamberRVA engaged JMI to help sharpen its voice and role in shaping the region's economic future. Working alongside Chamber leadership, JMI helped develop a narrative centered on turning growth into opportunity by connecting businesses, talent, education, and community partners around shared regional priorities.
The resulting messaging framework highlights both the challenges and opportunities facing the region, including workforce development, affordability, economic competitiveness, and emerging technologies. By helping define a clearer regional story, JMI is supporting ChamberRVA's efforts to drive business growth, strengthen talent pipelines, and build broader economic opportunity throughout the region.

Trying to connect with Virginia residents willing to engage in face-to-face conversations during the COVID-19 pandemic was difficult.
